- Act as the technical lead in customer engagements for IoT/M2M solutions in South Region.
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
- Participate in joint sales calls, discovery sessions, and client workshops with the enterprise sales team.
- Design end-to-end M2M/IoT solutions including connectivity, hardware, platform integration, and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution blueprints, and presentations.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses with technical inputs and solution architecture.
- Develop BoQs, solution descriptions, and pricing inputs in coordination with product and commercial teams.
- Conduct periodic enablement sessions for Jazz Enterprise sales channels and regional partners to improve understanding of IoT/M2M products and solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the South region, supporting capacity building of internal teams and channel partners through training, solution demos, and sales toolkit rollouts.
- Provide feedback to central teams on channel challenges, market gaps, and improvement areas for presales engagement effectiveness.
- Work closely with product, pricing, platform, bids management, and delivery teams for solution validation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Jazz’s IoT/M2M offerings, including M2M connectivity, POS, fleet, asset tracking, smart metering, and NB-IoT.
- Assist customers in PoC (Proof of Concept) implementation and solution testing.
- Provide post-sales technical handover to delivery teams.
- Educate customers on solution usage, platform access, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain relationships with local hardware and IoT partners/vendors in the region.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Identify integration opportunities with ecosystem partners for bundled solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, technical consultancy, or solution design in Telecom/IT/IoT.
- Strong understanding of cellular M2M (2G/3G/4G/NB-IoT), IP networking, SIM management, and device integration.
- Hands-on knowledge of IoT use cases: asset tracking, smart devices, smart utilities, remote monitoring.
- Experience in handling enterprise clients and working with B2B sales teams.
