Lead end-to-end HR service delivery including onboarding, attendance management, shift scheduling, payroll interface, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and enforce Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols for 24×7 operations.
Maintain audit readiness for client and regulatory inspections through robust documentation and process adherence.
Monitor and report on HR Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and escalations.
Manage and optimize the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for accuracy and efficiency.
Drive high-volume hiring initiatives in collaboration with recruitment teams for voice and non-voice BPO roles.
Implement structured performance appraisal cycles and define clear career progression frameworks.
Develop and execute employee retention strategies tailored to diverse workforce needs.
Manage succession planning and internal mobility programs across departments, shifts, and verticals.
Manage and supervise a comprehensive induction programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and client expectations.
Govern process training, soft skills development, and leadership training roadmaps in partnership with operations.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback loops, assessments, and performance impact analysis.
Collaborate with operations to implement continuous learning initiatives aimed at improving CSAT and NPS metrics.
Lead employee engagement programs tailored to a Gen Z-dominant workforce, including rewards & recognition, wellness, and motivation initiatives.
Conduct regular pulse surveys and attrition diagnostics to inform OD interventions and culture-building efforts.
Facilitate change management processes during organizational restructures, new client onboarding, and policy transitions.
Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies including manpower planning, retention forecasting, and cost optimization.
Contribute to board-level reporting through HR analytics dashboards and strategic insights.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives aligned with client and global standards.
Shadow the CEO/Director HR on strategic initiatives, policy formulation, and organizational planning.
Represent the HR function in client interactions, ISO audits, and executive-level reviews.
Serve as the designated backup to the Director HR, with a clear path to promotion based on performance and leadership readiness.
