- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales & design consultant team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure every team member is aligned with KPIs, business goals, and performance standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering tailored design solutions, timely 3D visuals, and prompt service.
- Manage the sales pipeline, develop strategies, and strengthen the business portfolio.
- Oversee site verification, point marking, PDI, and installation activities for flawless execution.
- Ensure open orders, dispatches, and payments (advances & balances) are tracked and managed efficiently.
- Guarantee that design consultants conduct site visits before design, during installation, and post-installation.
- Maintain and manage showroom displays, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
- Facilitate lead generation follow-ups and ensure SOPs are followed consistently.
- Utilize AutoCAD and material knowledge to guide consultants in design accuracy and product feasibility.
- Ensure progress reports are shared with clients/architects every 15 days from project initiation to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Kitchens, Wardrobes, Doors, or Interior Solutions.
- Strong command of AutoCAD and material knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on premium service delivery.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of liaising effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of production processes, materials, and quality assurance principles.
