
Team Lead - Car Field Sales

- Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Car Field Sales Officers to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise and manage vehicle listings for assigned customers by coordinating seller visits, listing accuracy, and timely certification in collaboration with inspection teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and review the performance of CFSOs, providing regular feedback, support, and training to enhance productivity.
- Customer Handling: Assist the team in handling customer queries and walk-ins through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to ensure a positive experience.
- Sales Facilitation: Support and guide CFSOs during buyer-seller meetups, applying effective sales strategies to close deals and maximize conversion rates.
- Transaction Oversight: Ensure smooth and transparent vehicle ownership transfers, maintaining documentation and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Reporting: Consolidate and present daily/weekly performance reports to the Line Manager, tracking key sales KPIs and progress against goals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to enhance PakWheels' value proposition and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role within a sales-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including market standards and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
