Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Executive with expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Firewalls, VoIP, and technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing technical assistance to end-users, and maintaining network infrastructure.Responsibilities:- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications.- Maintain and update Active Directory infrastructure.
- Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and organizational units.- Configure and manage firewall settings to ensure network security.
- Monitor firewall logs and respond to security incidents.- Provide technical support for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VoIP hardware and software.- Respond to IT support requests from end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
