Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence on leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, and marketplace policies.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces.Conduct keyword research and write SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and product descriptions.Monitor account health, performance metrics, and take corrective actions when needed.Handle order processing, returns, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.Develop pricing and promotional strategies to increase sales and revenue.Coordinate with the marketing team for ad campaigns (PPC) and brand promotions.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies and guidelines.Create and maintain detailed inventory reports.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of e-commerce or online marketplace experience.Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar (optional).
