  • Establishing a comprehensive risk identification framework across all business lines and jurisdictions by managing risk priorities.
  • Liaising with the business and other functions to identify material risks by managing & overseeing completion of the RCSA process.
  • Developing and updating an enterprise wide inventory of existing and potential material risks across the bank.
  • Initiating action to address any gaps or deficiencies identified during the risk identification process
  • Providing insightful quality reporting to internal Boards, Committees and other key stakeholders to
  • support risk processes
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management among business & support functions.
  • Review and approve business risk identification procedures and processes.
  • Ensuring the risk priorities are effectively addressed through a regular testing process of the policies, procedures, systems and controls.
Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's with relevant certifications such as FRM preferred.
Minimum experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Financial Institution, preferably in a bank and in a risk management function ideally ERM or ORM.
