- Hiring potential candidates on time for both technical and non-technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
- Source and attract highly skilled technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent. Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn & indeed.
- Responsible for the head hunting side by side in order to attract quality resource pipeline
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Performing reference checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities, universities, and professional organizations.
- Onboarding & off-boarding of employees and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Coordinating and managing employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process.
- Maintain database of candidates along with documents on ATS (Clickup)
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the job market.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree from HEC Recognized University (Degree in HR or Management Sciences would be preferred)
- Preferably 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter in (IT industry).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
