- Manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
- Handle employee offboarding, ensuring smooth exit procedures, clearance, and final settlements.
- Administer and update HR modules/systems, maintaining accurate and timely employee records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best HR practices.
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR modules and HRMS software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
