- Collect essential data (e.g., availability, D.O.B. NI Number) and update the ATS accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and structured records of candidate interactions.
- Support the recruitment team with pipeline management and interview coordination.
- Previous experience using an ATS is essential.
- Prior experience with job boards like linkedin, Indeed, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable initiating direct outreach to candidates.
- Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets.
