We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET and Angular technologies. The ideal candidate will have + years of experience managing end-to-end software development projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that projects meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and remain within budget.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software development projects using .NET and Angular technologies.

Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and business analysts.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and best practices.

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Manage change requests and ensure smooth integration of enhancements.

Support development teams in technical decision-making and problem-solving.

Ensure documentation, testing, and deployment processes are followed consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ years of experience in project management within a software development environment.

Proven hands-on technical background with proficiency in .NET (C#) and Angular frameworks.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
