This role ensures consistent execution of national strategies while keeping client needs at the center, leading a regional team to drive value, retention, and service excellence.The role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Account Management and leads a team of Corporate Account Management Experts across the region.What does the Regional Corporate Account Manager do?
- Lead and coach a team of Corporate Account Management Experts to drive performance on recovery, churn, product usage, and client engagement.
- Execute regional account management strategy in line with national direction, ensuring consistency in standards and service delivery.
- Manage relationship mapping and account planning across the regional client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
- Ensure timely and structured reporting, governance, and resolution of escalations within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Experience to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Oversee accurate and up-to-date account profiling to support deeper product adoption and solution alignment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or client portfolio management role.
- Strong team management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in executing sales strategies and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure operational excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
