- Fluency in English is required.

- Prior experience with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software is a significant advantage.
- Must be permanently based in the specified region and available for full-time, on-site work.
- Act as the primary contact for all client accounts in your assigned region.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and product engagement for licensed clients.
- Monitor usage metrics and performance KPIs across accounts.
- Conduct on-site client meetings and strategic check-ins.
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across sectors such as legal, finance, education, and government.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, advisors, and decision-makers.
- Represent company at local events, client demos, or briefings.
- Deliver product walkthroughs and coordinate technical support with the engineering team.
- Escalate customer issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect feedback from local users to improve product usability and adoption.
- Report weekly performance metrics, client status, and market observations to central leadership.
- Contribute to regional strategy planning and business development programs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
