ACE Money Transfer is part of the ACE Group, which includes a diversified portfolio of businesses such as digital wallet services in the UK, real estate, advertising, and software solutions in Pakistan.Position Summary:As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and visibility of ACE’s brand across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to craft and execute brand strategies that enhance engagement, loyalty, and awareness globally.
This position requires a creative, data-driven professional with a passion for storytelling, community building, and brand advocacy. You will oversee community management activities, contribute to campaign planning and execution, and help maintain the brand’s consistent and positive presence across all touchpoints.Primary Responsibilities:Community Engagement & Social Media Management
  • Manage and nurture online communities by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Moderate discussions to ensure respectful, positive, and brand-aligned conversations.
  • Track and analyze brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and trending topics to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Support the creation and execution of community engagement strategies that drive follower growth, brand advocacy, and user-generated content.
  • Plan and host online community events, live sessions, polls, and discussions to deepen user interaction with the brand.
Brand Strategy & Campaign Support
  • Assist in developing and implementing brand campaigns and initiatives that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling brand assets, including social media content, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute insights from social listening and community feedback to shape brand messaging and campaign optimization.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, social engagement, and community health.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in content strategy, engagement tactics, and community management processes.
  • Track competitor activities and industry trends to keep ACE ahead of market developments.
Content & Creative Collaboration
  • Support content planning and calendar management to ensure timely and relevant brand communication.
  • Assist in the creation of FAQs, response templates, and standardized communication materials for social media and customer support teams.
  • Collaborate on influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships to amplify brand reach.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing offline brand events, sponsorships, and activations when required.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by working closely with PR and marketing teams to manage sensitive or urgent situations effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms, platform features, and best practices to recommend innovative engagement tactics.
  • Help manage and moderate brand-owned groups and forums to foster vibrant and supportive communities.
  • Contribute to brand asset management by ensuring all content and collateral align with ACE’s visual and verbal brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or community management roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
