This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to GSK’s manufacturing operations in Pakistan. You will supervise production activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals. - Supervise Dispensing/ manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-process checks, line clearance activities, and maintain accurate production records.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide training to staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.Qualifications, Skills and Education
- Pharm-D or B-Pharm degree is required.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems for inventory and production data management.
- Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.Work Environment:
