We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting process, ensuring compliance with IFRS, supporting month-end and year-end closing, statutory audits, and contributing to process automation and system enhancements.What You'll Do:
- Support the month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and internal policies
- Coordinate and support statutory and group audits
- Support tax, and regulatory reporting requirements across different jurisdictions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial data and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting
- Assist in implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and automation tools
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, ACCA qualified with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Excel and comfort with automation tools / reporting platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
