- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle business development, preferably in the services-as-a-solution or similar industries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport.
- Creativity in drafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media strategies.
- Proven expertise in making bold cold calls, generating quality leads and closing deals like you own it.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a self-motivated mindset.
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred, not required).
