- Craft persuasive value propositions tailored to client needs and challenges.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for additional services and support.
- Focus on increasing top-line revenue through new and repeat business.
- Explore and develop new revenue streams, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or Digital Transformation solution sales (preferably in the Pakistan/MENA/APAC market).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital transformation and SaaS ecosystems.
