Required HR Executive

• Recruit the right Candidate for the right job.
• Maintain talent pool for all key positions of store
• Manage employee onboarding cycle
• Weekly reporting of recruitment to the line manager
• Coordinate with manager to resolve issues related to day to day operations (Attendance, leaves, applications, loans, uniforms, marketing etc.)
• Ensure execution and compliance of HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances
• Conduct training and counselling sessions as and when required.
• Data entry in HR software
• Daily other tasks as required by the management
