Here’s a quick overview of what you will be doing:Some of the responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Nurture a positive working environment
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and Culture

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing organization
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience with HR software, is a plus
