- Develop, maintain, and present detailed monthly, quarterly, & yearly reports on resource usage, administrative costs, and asset management, providing critical insights for decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse trends in expenditures and resource consumption, preparing reports that highlight areas for improvement and potential cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to develop customized reports and dashboards, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently tracked and addressed.
- Analyse daily operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction across administrative resources and services.
- Track consumption patterns of office supplies and other resources, offering recommendations for reducing and optimizing usage.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to help optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Continuously monitor resource allocation and usage to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness, reporting discrepancies and proposing corrective measures.
- Support management in making informed decisions by providing accurate, timely reports on budget adherence, resource utilization, and cost efficiencies.
- Offer recommendations based on data analysis to enhance resource allocation, streamline processes, and identify areas where costs can be reduced without compromising quality.
- Track and report on the performance of administrative activities, resources, and services, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Develop ad-hoc reports as needed for specific projects or initiatives, ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ensure that reporting aligns with organizational objectives, helping leadership make informed choices regarding resource management and budget allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role with a focus on cost management.
- Proven experience in generating detailed reports, analysing trends, and making actionable recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and report generation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support decision-making with data insights.
