About the Role:We are hiring a Project Coordinator – AI to work closely with the Manager AI and support the execution of AI-driven features across our platform. This role combines strong coordination skills with a solid understanding of AI workflows, enabling you to help the team move forward, remove blockers, and stay aligned with product goals.You won't just track tasks—you'll also contribute by leveraging your R&D exposure to guide the team when they're stuck, connect dots across modules, and make execution smoother. This is a critical supporting role for ensuring our AI projects land successfully in production.What will be your responsibilities?This will include day-to-day responsibilities and tasks the selected candidate will have to take care of, that will eventually align with the short-term and long-term goals of the company. The key is to make short, realistic and precise bullet points but set the right expectations from the start.Stay in close sync with the Manager AI to understand priorities and track tasks across different AI modules.Actively follow up with individual team members to ensure timely task execution and updates.Identify blockers in advance and take initiative to resolve them through coordination or internal communication.Use your own basic R&D understanding to help team members when they're stuck—whether it's clarifying a model input, debugging data flow, or identifying where the integration is lagging.Keep all project data organized in Trello, or Notion, and ensure everything is updated regularly.Maintain clear documentation around project status, ongoing experiments, deadlines, and deliverables.Help prepare structured progress updates and internal reports for team leads or leadership reviews.Organize shared spaces (Google Drive, Notion, GitHub folders) to ensure AI work is stored and labeled correctly.Be a reliable point of contact for the team when clarity, support, or task alignment is needed.What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?Must-Have Skills:2+ years of experience in project coordination or operational support, ideally within a tech or AI team.A good foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, pipelines, and typical R&D challenges.Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow up without needing reminders.Clear communicator with strong writing and documentation skills.Proficient with coordination tools like Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Jira.Proactive mindset—someone who doesn't just track tasks but helps move them forward.Bonus:Previous exposure to AI model training, data labeling, or backend/API integrations.Ability to read basic Python or understand GitHub repositories.Why Join AIO?Our mission is to revolutionize the US restaurant industry by providing a comprehensive and fully integrated solution that empowers restaurant owners to efficiently manage all aspects of their businesses.
