- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, compliance, and organizational systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Oversee end-to-end operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage administrative functions, including facilities, procurement, compliance, and resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teams to enhance productivity and performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, health & safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication across all departments for seamless workflow.
