- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth.
- Analyse competitor pricing & exchange rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement pricing & rates strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor and adjust pricing & rates models in response to market dynamics and business goals.
- Conduct regular cost analysis to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.
- Regularly update the buyer rates in coordination with treasury department
- Analyse & implement promotional pricing and rates models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pricing, and revenue projections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and revenues effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of digital payments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High level of integrity and ethical behaviour in dealing with sensitive pricing information.
