Sales and Revenue Executives

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth.
• Analyse competitor pricing & exchange rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement pricing & rates strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
• Monitor and adjust pricing & rates models in response to market dynamics and business goals.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.
• Regularly update the buyer rates in coordination with treasury department
• Analyse & implement promotional pricing and rates models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pricing, and revenue projections.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and revenues effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of digital payments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High level of integrity and ethical behaviour in dealing with sensitive pricing information.
