- 3+ years of experience in increasingly responsible roles related to education or international education.
- Experience representing a known UK institution will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree with good to strong academic performance. Master’s degree an advantage.
- Strong English at a Professional Working Proficiency.
- Study or experience abroad is strongly preferred. UK-related experience would be an asset.
- Work closely with UK-based staff involved in undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment from India and other regions and colleagues in other areas of the University and student ambassadors.
- Provide high-quality market analysis and country-specific updates to inform future planning. Act as subject matter expert constantly refreshing knowledge through training, sector liaison, and stakeholder engagement.
- University Brand Ambassador: Represent and promote the partner university's brand and programs across various regions in India.
- Collaboration with Recruitment Agencies: Partner with recruitment agencies and promote the partner university across the network. Drive enrollment numbers via the B2B channel.
- Admissions Support: Assist students and agencies throughout the application process, offering guidance on application forms, required documents, and deadlines.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in university fairs, information sessions, workshops, and webinars to attract potential students and maintain a strong presence in the Nigerian education market.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with high schools, colleges, educational counsellors, and other relevant stakeholders to establish a strong network in the education industry.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in Nigerian education policies to provide valuable insights to the partner university and Adventus.io.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with agencies and prospective students, document feedback, and provide regular reports on activities and achievements to Adventus and the partner university.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to agencies, students and parents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
