- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies overall consumables items.
- Maintain housekeeping and orderliness of the office premises including cafeteria.
- Liaise with cross functional departments and provide necessary support in meeting and any events.
- Act as a point of contact for any urgent support.
- Manage daily pick-up and drop-off for female staff.
- Maintain staff transport and update them in case of changes in location or driver.
- Organize airport pick-ups and drop-offs for guests, visitors, consultants, donors, or dignitaries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to plan guest movement schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of office consumables items.
- Inventory checks and ensure proper placement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain standards for a safe working environment.
- Maintain record and implementation of checklist.
- Supervise junior staff, drivers and cleaners.
- Provide guidance, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.

- Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of consumables.
- Support emergency preparedness and safety measures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
