
Recruiting Operations Assistant

- Coordinate and schedule candidate and client interviews.
- Manage and update the ATS (RecruiterFlow), including candidate profiles, resumes, and job postings.
- Renew and close LinkedIn job posts, review applications, and assist with candidate sourcing.
- Oversee inbox management, filtering non-essential emails and flagging priorities.
- Schedule internal and client meetings, ensuring smooth calendar coordination.
- Handle urgent scheduling changes and manage executive communications during travel.
- Conduct market competitor, and AI tool research to support client development.
- Research podcasts and draft outreach pitches.
- Assist with follow-ups related to candidates, clients, or prospects.
- Provide support for webinars and live events, including setup, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Assist with LinkedIn engagement.
- Conduct personal research and assist with ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports in a timely manner.
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar support role.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (RecruiterFlow a plus) and LinkedIn recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
