- Assist in commercial/sales activities and ensure targets are met at all times.
- Be part of an efficient sales team to ensure sales productivity is growing and existing customers are retained 100%.
- Assist in solving sales/commercial activities.
- Assist in developing database to keep an eye on competition activities and a close watch on the market trends and events on real time basis for timely corrective actions.
- Assist in coordination with Operations in matters related to ports & terminals for commercial & operational activities.
- Assist in meeting customer requirements – shippers, forwarders and customers on regular basis.
- Closely monitor & communicate with operation, documentation, customer service, sales, pricing department for smooth support services to customers for any ongoing issues.
- Assist your manager to liaise with overseas offices, partners & agents for container balance imbalance situation as and when required.
- Seek, assess and suggest future business opportunities for FCG.
- Assist in developing products and services which will yield the highest returns for FCG.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong personnel management skills.
- Analytical skills with detail orientation.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and computer skills in Word, Excel and Power point.
