Amzo Ltd is an online retail company mainly operating via eBay, Amazon, TikTok, and Etsy. With our business expanding, we are in search of an Online Marketplace Coordinator who has experience of managing online sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Management: Skillfully create, update, and modify product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Image Editing: Utilize Adobe Photoshop to craft visually compelling product images that stand out.
Customer Service: Efficiently handle customer inquiries and messages, delivering exceptional service remotely.
Market Research: Perform insightful market research to uncover profitable products and understand market trends for strategic listings.
Logistics Coordination: Organize and generate shipping labels for orders using courier websites, ensuring seamless delivery processes.
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or related fields, with a comprehensive understanding of online marketplaces.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent image editing software.
Outstanding communication skills for effective customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.
