- Ensure assigned responsibilities are conducted to time and quality expectations
- Ensure thorough understanding of and compliance to Nielsen's research processes and workflow
- Support manager on day-to-day project execution i.e. designing / changing inputs in the questionnaire, link testing etc.
- Demonstrate full ownership of assigned tasks and projects from start to finish, ensuring a high level of attention to detail throughout.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely and proactive communication with partner divisions like data processing, data collection, Vendors & Other teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Ensure that materials to Ops & other support teams are sent on schedule and thoroughly checked for errors
- Proactive communications during project lifecycle to managers /clients as appropriate e.g. status report updates, highlighting database issues etc.
- Attend client presentations with the manager to support as required
- 2-3 years relevant working experience. Experience in Market Research with the quantitative research projects is a must. Experience in the telecom sector is good to have but not mandatory.
- Strong clients focus & understanding of research techniques to enable meaningful conversations with all client stakeholders and ensure accurate representation of the data in reporting and insights.
- Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation, excellent numerical skills
- Skills: Analysis, report writing, presentation
- Ability to draft questionnaires based on client brief and proposal
- Write Analysis plan & develop charting templates
- Effectively brief charting & tabulation teams on the project requirements
- Checking the data tables and charts to spot errors
- Drafting reports & commentaries
- Ability to work seamlessly on MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
