JOB TITLE: Marketing Director – Technology ServicesDEPARTMENT: MarketingPURPOSE:We are looking for a visionary and hands-on marketing leader to shape and lead the marketing function for our technology services business. This role is a unique opportunity to own strategy and execution, elevate our market presence, and build the foundation for a scalable marketing team. You'll partner closely with executive leadership, engage stakeholders across the business, and drive programs that deliver measurable growth and impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Leadership & Market Positioning
  • Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with our growth ambitions.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader in technology services through brand building, storytelling, and visibility in target markets.
  • Advise the executive team on brand positioning, investments, and emerging opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with business unit leaders to translate priorities into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of marketing at the leadership table, presenting plans, insights, and results with confidence.
  • Program & Campaign Management
  • Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Oversee branding, content, and digital campaigns that are impactful and aligned with business goals.
  • Measure performance, track ROI, and continuously optimize programs.
  • Vendor & Agency Management
  • Manage and grow relationships with agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.
  • Set clear deliverables and expectations, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand marketing capabilities.
  • Content & Messaging
  • Lead the creation of compelling content, including thought leadership, case studies, and client-facing materials.
  • Translate complex technology concepts into accessible, engaging messaging.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team over time.
  • Define scalable processes and structures to grow the function.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA or technical background a plus.
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in technology, IT consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven success in independently leading marketing functions, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Strong track record of engaging executive stakeholders and delivering measurable impact.
  • Expertise in program management, campaign execution, and agency/vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, Asana, Trello).
