We are a team of doctors who are passionate to expand their operations in the field of aesthetic and cosmetic medical field and are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to work as a part of our core team.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting the target demographics and expanding our client base. This position requires someone who is versatile, resourceful, and capable of managing all aspects of marketing independently.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the services offered by the cosmetic and aesthetic services, with a focus on attracting the target demographics
Identify and leverage digital marketing channels and platforms that are popular among the target audience, ensuring a strong online presence and visibility.
Create compelling content across various digital channels, including social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email newsletters, to educate and engage potential clients.
Implement targeted advertising campaigns across digital platforms, utilizing demographic and behavioral data to reach and convert potential clients.
Organize and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and webinars to showcase the clinic's expertise and attract prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in the cosmetic surgery industry, as well as changes in consumer behavior and preferences, to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders who can help amplify the clinic's brand and reach a wider audience.
Qualifications:

Masters (16 years) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience of 5 years in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic surgery industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with experience managing social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and developments, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
