- Collaborate with leadership to align lead process with business goals.
- Identify and source high-quality leads that match predefined target profiles.
- Apply qualification criteria to ensure all appointments meet required standards before handoff.
- Write compelling, conversion-driven cold email copy to maximize open, click-through, and response rates.
- Execute follow-up sequences via email to nurture and engage leads.
- Manage and optimize outbound campaigns using tools such as Smartleads.ai, ZoomInfo, and Inboxlogy.
- Track outreach performance, analyze results, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging, targeting, and process design remain aligned.
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation and designing lead flow processes.
- Strong copywriting skills for cold email and follow-up content.
- Proficiency in lead sourcing, automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Resilient, adaptable, and persistent in a competitive prospecting environment.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Highly self-motivated with a drive to exceed measurable targets.
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic process development.
- 1–2 years of outbound lead generation or appointment-setting experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing or optimizing lead flow processes.
- Proficiency with cold email outreach tools, CRM systems, and lead databases.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of sales prospecting workflows and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
