- Partnerships: Engage, orient and support partners for implemntation of response activities. Facilitate preparation and approval of partnership documents aligned with emergency priorities.
- Field Monitoring: Visit and monitor activities carried out by partners forguidance, validation and verification.
- Procurement & Logistics: Raise requisitions and coordinate with procurement/logistics to ensure rapid delivery of goods and services.
- Planning & Coordination: Maintain an emergency activity calendar and coordinate with teams and stakeholders for smooth implementation.
- Coordination: Coordinate between different internal department to ensure smooth running of operations
- Synergy & Collaboration: Build strong linkages among CARE teams, partners, clusters, and government for coordinated action.2- Communications: (15% of time)- Communication & Visibility: Facilitate and ensure the preparation and design of communication materials, ensuring alignment with donor visibility requirements and CARE’s branding guidelines.
- Storytelling & Documentation: Capture and develop success stories, case studies, and best practices through field visits and ongoing program documentation.
- Dissemination & Outreach: Produce and share reports, presentations, social media content, and outreach products to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the communications team to develop situation reports, brochures, one-pagers, and other knowledge products.3- Reporting and Information Management: (20% of time)- Data Collection & Analysis: Coordinate with field teams and partners to collect, verify, and synthesize data that informs program implementation and feeds into donor/government reporting.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Draft and compile accurate and timely progress reports for donors, government, and internal stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges in program delivery for Project Managers's review and finalization.
- Implementation Tracking: Maintain and update activity and output trackers, ensuring alignment with project plans and minimum preparedness actions.
- Reporting Timelines: Manage a reporting matrix to ensure the program team meets internal and external deadlines including 5W matrix reporting to clusters.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all program implementation records, tools, and reports comply with CARE standards and donor requirements.
- Learning & Adaptation: Collaborate with MEAL to document lessons learned, facilitate learning workshops, and recommend program adjustments.
- Field Support: Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, provide implementation support, capture best practices, and document success stories.Other responsibilities as assigned: (05% of time)
- Any other tasks or responsibilities based on organizational and programming needs as assigned by the Line Manager.
- A University Degree in social sciences/ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in social sciences, and/or related field. Preference will be given to Master’s degree.
- Minimum 3-5 year of experience with 2 years experiance in emergency response or humanitarian assistance.
- Knowledge of donor guidelines and Sehere standards and communication standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Good Knowledge in project reporting and communications as demonstrated by successful work experience
- Demonstrated basic practical experience of coordinating with donor agencies and partner organizations
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu; knowledge of any other local language will be preferred
- Excellent computer skills (MS office)
