- You will support TD program management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across 3 brands and 18 markets.
- You will oversee employee enrollment management and attendance systems, maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes.
- You will monitor participant feedback and ensure its implementation to continuously improve our programs.
- You will assist with procurement, budgeting, and efficient contract negotiations to add to our portfolio of highly qualified & engaged international faculty & training providers.
- You will liaise with country and brand leads to monitor employee engagement with L&D programs, fostering strong relationships and gathering insights.
- By mastering our Learning Management System (LMS), you will prepare monthly and quarterly engagement reports, providing data-driven insights to global People & Culture and business leadership.
- You will help prepare concise and compelling data stories, communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders as it relates to talent initiatives within our Pandora strategy.
- You will support the planning and execution of onboarding & training sessions on a range of topics based on employee needs, utilizing a variety of virtual & hybrid delivery methods (webinar, small group workshops, asynchronous learning)
- Adaptability, proactivity and sense of ownership: you are ready to support the team with whatever success requires, you can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced global environment
- Superior organization and process design/improvement skills, extreme attention to details, and a passion for impeccable execution
- Robust data collection and data management skills
- High proficiency in Google Suite (esp. Google Slide, GSheet, Gdoc, GCalendar) and video conferencing software (Google Meet, Zoom)
- Native or near native written and verbal communication skills in English
- 2-3 years of experience in a support/operations/administrative role with evidence of positive impact on the execution and optimization of multiple concurrent processes
- Experience in talent development, learning and development, talent management, or a related field
- Experience working in procurement/vendor management roles
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, hybrid training models, and/or learning management systems
- Experience working in a matrix or elix organization and building alignment + strong relationship with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience working with HRIS and Engagement Surveys (e.g. Workday, PeakOn) Fluency in one or more of the following languages: German, Mandarin, or Turkish
