- Drive revenue and subscriber growth while ensuring delivery against defined targets for the prepaid segment.
- Oversee end-to-end product management for the prepaid portfolio.
- Manage customer lifecycle journeys across all prepaid sub-segments—including core data users, voice-centric customers, high-ARPU 4G prospects, price-sensitive segments, and value-driven opportunity pools.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive business plan that integrates internal objectives with competitive market insights.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, Product Development, Distribution, Brand, and Analytics to ensure business success.
- Lead the Jazz Advance portfolio and spearhead growth in the newly launched BNPL initiatives.
- Leverage digital ecosystem insights to execute innovative initiatives that accelerate prepaid business growth.
- Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing team by ensuring skill development and succession planning.
- 7–10 years of experience in telecom segments, pricing, or related functions.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, product management, revenue optimization, and analytical decision-making.
- A Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or Finance.
- Outstanding analytical abilities, proficiency in business storytelling, and strong stakeholder management skills.
