Last date to apply: July 16th 2025Role PurposeThe Head of Solution Consulting is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for enabling B2B revenue growth by translating business needs into tailored technology solutions across Cloud, IoT, Analytics, and Marketing Tech. This role leads the solution consulting function that supports sales teams, captures business requirements, and co-creates value-driven proposals with internal product and engineering teams. The goal: drive pipeline conversion and deliver client-centric innovation at scale.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, define solution scope, and present customized technical proposals to clients.
- Lead and grow a team of solution consultants across key verticals: Cloud & Cybersecurity, IoT, and Analytics-as-a-Service.
- Manage the end-to-end solution consulting lifecycle — from discovery and business requirement gathering to technical design and proposal.
- Ensure healthy pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, and timely delivery of solution designs and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and engineering teams to create competitive, technically sound, and commercially viable solutions.
- Develop reusable solution assets including value propositions, blueprints, pricing templates, and pitch decks.
- Provide sales enablement support through technical training, deal structuring, and bid/RFP responses.
- Win-ready solution proposals that align with customer needs and business objectives
- Improved deal conversion rates and faster time-to-proposal
- Pipeline health tracking and opportunity forecasting dashboards
- Vertical playbooks and reusable solution artifacts
- Strategic customer engagements and executive-level presentations
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or MBA. Combination of both is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or enterprise consulting, product ideally in cloud, tech, or SI environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise technologies including cloud platforms (VMware, Redhat OpenShift, Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, IoT, and data analytics, both on prem and as a service
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and support multimillion-dollar sales pursuits
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical features into business value
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills
- Certifications in relevant domains (Cloud, Security, IoT) preferred
