Our client is marketing consultancy in Abbot Road, Lahore. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and manage performance-driven paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms for clients. Following are teh details;Primary tasks would include:Planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platformsConducting deep audience and keyword research to defi ne high-impact targeting strategiesCollaborating with the team to write ad copies and managing creative assets to drive conversionsRunning A/B tests on ads, creative formats, landing pages, and funnelsManaging budgets, bids, and performance across platforms to maximize ROASCollaborating with design, content, and account teams to align paid eff orts with broader strategyImplementing and optimizing conversion rate strategies (CRO) to improve campaign effi ciencyWorking with infl uencer marketing partners or platforms to expand reach and acquisitionGenerating clear, insightful campaign reports with performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversionsStaying updated on paid platform changes, performance trends, and new growth tacticsThe ideal candidate would have:Minimum years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platformsStrong grasp of performance marketing principles, from targeting to CRO and infl uencer collaborationProficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerSolid skills in targeting strategy, bid management, and data-driven optimizationGood communication and reporting skills in EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in campaign executionCertifications like Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plusRequired Samples:A brief description of paid campaigns you managed:The type of client the campaign was for (e.g., B C, B B SaaS product, legal fi rm, etc.)The objective of the campaignThe channels used (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)Key results achieved (CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.) in the form of screenshotsAny other material that showcases your impactWhy Shall you join?Very competitive salary which is higher than market rate for this much experience Gross Salary which is taxable k to k.
