- Operational Support:
- Assist in documenting and optimizing business processes.
- Help track project timelines, action items, and deliverables.
- Maintain organized records of meetings, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Facilitate collaboration between teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing updates.
- Support ad-hoc requests from stakeholders (e.g., research, data gathering, presentations).
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
- Contribute to creating standardized guidelines or best practices.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in compiling reports, dashboards, or presentations for leadership.
- Analyze basic datasets to uncover trends or insights (if applicable).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity to learn and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
