QUALIFICATION:BE/ME Civil EngineeringJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to align site progress with schedules.Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims.Track project progress and highlight risks, delays, or bottlenecks to management.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.Ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) as per project plan.Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.Review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs for planning accuracy.Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.Support the site team in achieving milestones within time, cost, and quality constraints.Relevant ExperienceMinimum 4–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction industry projects (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial).Strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project.Hands-on experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.Exposure to EOT claims, delay analysis, and project controls.Practical knowledge of construction processes, contracts (FIDIC preferred), and site execution.Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and cash flow projections.Proven ability to coordinate between site teams, management, and consultants/clients.
