IT Manager

• Manage and support internal IT systems, networks, endpoints, and user access across all teams.
• Lead IT support function and ensure SLAs for incident response and resolution.
• Maintain asset inventory, license management, and software provisioning.

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure platform reliability.
• Ensure high availability and performance of staging and production environments.
• Drive automation across development, testing, and operations.

• Implement and enforce information security practices across the org (SSO, MFA, encryption, etc.).
• Coordinate audits, vulnerability scans, and business continuity planning.
• Monitor compliance with ISO27001

• Define and drive the IT and DevOps roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing IT/DevOps team.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams for delivery and uptime.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or DevOps roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows administration, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and networking.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Chef).
• Familiarity with security best practices and enterprise IT policies.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.

• Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL, etc.
• Experience in scaling infrastructure for SaaS or high-growth startups.
