
Senior FP&A Analyst

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver insights on business performance across metrics
- Partner with business and vertical finance teams to understand trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of management reporting packs
- Assist in scenario planning and strategic modeling to inform leadership decisions
- Continuously improve reporting tools and data quality to enhance forecasting accuracy
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; comfort working with large data sets
- Exposure to ERP or FP&A tools (e.g. Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information clearly
- Team player with strong communication skills and stakeholder orientation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
