- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of online channels and platforms, including social media, job boards, and direct email outreach.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment.
- Develop and implement recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be communicating with clients and candidates daily.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, progress, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
- Experience using multiple online recruitment channels and platforms, including social media, job boards, and direct email outreach.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Ability to plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
